Currently, we focus on autonomous-capable vehicles where owners value hands-free maintenance, but vehicle owners with an ability to grant access digitally can call on you as well.

Can I do this full time?

AutopilotCleaner is designed as a supplement to rideshare driving, but high-volume areas may support full days.

1. Data Collection

We collect personal information including name, contact details, and professional verification data to process your application. This includes employment history, driving records, and identification documents as required for background screening.

2. Usage

Your data is used solely for verification, background checks, and platform communication. We only proceed with sensitive checks after contacting you and receiving your explicit written approval. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We share necessary data with our background check provider (Checkr or similar) and payment processors only when required and authorized by you in writing. We will contact you before sharing any personal data with third parties and require your explicit approval. We comply with all applicable US data protection standards including FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act). We do not sell your data to any third parties.

4. Your Rights

5. Data Security

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering as a cleaner on AutopilotCleaner.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use this platform.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

You are engaging with AutopilotCleaner as an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. No employment relationship is created.

3. Service Description

AutopilotCleaner connects vehicle owners with independent cleaners. We facilitate job matching, payment processing, and provide platform tools. We do not employ cleaners or guarantee a minimum number of jobs.

4. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, pass our background check, and maintain required insurance as specified in your onboarding materials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed as outlined during registration. AutopilotCleaner collects a service fee from each transaction. You are responsible for reporting all income to tax authorities. Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent your qualifications, damage property, harass users, or violate any laws while using the platform. You must also dispose of all cleaning materials and trash properly in designated trash receptacles only. Disposing of cleaning materials or trash outside of trash cans, on the ground, or in any improper location will result in immediate termination. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. AutopilotCleaner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. Upon termination, you must complete any outstanding jobs.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutopilotCleaner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to you in the past 3 months. We do not guarantee platform availability.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Governing law is the State of Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
